For sixteen years, Karen has committed her professional life to empowering her students to enjoy more balanced, healthy and cognizant lives.This quest has led her to study the ancient, sacred sciences of Yoga and Meditation, the Japanese
healing art of Reiki and the core fitness regime of Pilates.
Karen has directed her vocation to working with elders, children, families, corporate employees, veterans, the visually enabled & hospital staff. Karen interfaces routinely with individuals looking to reprogram & rebuild their 'life' style. She is a stickler for proper form and alignment & is a proponent of continuing education. In her classes you can expect a thorough exploration in the science of moving energy. Presently she is studying Qi-Gong and Tai Chi.
