Intro to yoga sERIES
If you want to try yoga but don't know where to start, come to our 4-week beginner series! It's also good for those who have been out of practice for a while and just want a refresher.
The class will focus on:
* Primary yoga postures
* Principles of safe alignment
* Breathing techniques
* Yoga philosophy
